I Bought a used Toyota Verso From Toyota Bruma and from day one of walking into the dealership i have had nothing but service. I bought the car on the 28/01/2013 and was told by the Dealer manager reggie no sir
we will sort everything out for you .i call to collect my car on the 01/02/2013 and was told by owen no sir you can collect the car on the 02/02/2013 at 10am, i then drive all the way from the north and then owen tells me sorry the car is not ready? so i then asked why and was told that no sir that the workshop had gone off early on friday and they could not help? i keep getting mails from reggie and owen telling me each day no next no ext day and today is the 15/02/2013 i stil no car car . i cant understand why do i as a customer to keep fightting for them to keep contacting me back with any feedback.
