Not only did Owen Mpangase bent over backwards for me but he went an extra mile while at it! After months of procrastinating my insurance coverage I sent an email to OUTSURANCE last night and it hasn't even been 12 hours and they called me back not with just what I wanted BUT with superb service!
Now my contents are insured and soon I will be insuring my car with this company and Owen made sure that I get a credit protector plan as well! I hope my silly medical aid Resolution Health can ask OUTSURANCE to teach their Agents a thing or two about awesome customer service!
