MTN NOT FULL FILLING THERE END OF CONTRACT

In 2012 l changed accounts from saving to cheque account and they obviously had to switch all my debit orders to the new account had sum problems with some but managed to resolve them...! In 2013 february l get a phone call from MBD saying they contacting me on behalf of MTN for my outstanding bill 0f r3800 odd... My initial reaction was identity but soon l realised after my own snooping that sumting was from some where in the chain here so l went to the branch where l got the contract talked to them and in short they had not been getting the money for the contract so then l headed to the bank and got a list of all my debit orders and MTN was not on the list so l continued to ask my bank why this was so so they advised me to draw all my statement and see if truly indeed MTN was sending the debit notes, so l did do so which cost me money to get all those statements for 12 months, and l discovered that there had been no debit request from MTN for that entire period, except for a cash payment that l made when l updated my bank details the previous year. MTN admits that my details had been updated but can't say why they have not been debiting now they forcing me 2 pay or else!!
