Pathetic Service!!!

Case no: 4005855... I took a data contract with 8ta on 5/11/2012, was advised 1st debit will go off on the 25/12/2012. I called in on the 28th to query why it didn't go off, was adv it was returned due to insuff funds evn tho there was more then sufficient funds in my acc and there was no sign of 8ta even attempting to debit my acc. Was told to make a manual pmt which I did n even called to confirm if reflecting on their side n even got confirmation of this. Asked the consultant to confirm when nxt debit going off, was told 25/01/13. On the 4/01/13, 8ta debits my acc for R571, call the contact center and was adv apparently no ones debit order went off in dec n they debited everyones acc in Jan. Asked how is this possible as I made a manual pmt n requested for a refund of bank charges, evn sent a bank statement confirming this. Get an sms saying they will not refund me as I requested my debit date to be changed to the last day which is utter BS. Don't know if url need to hire rocket scientists to work in ur back office as any normal person can see who is at fault here. I want my refund of the bank charges and a letter of apology which I can forward to my bank and the credit bureau!
