Telkom's employee PHIWA is a PROBLEM

We're on Telkom's DO Uncapped internet plan and after nearly a week of problems with the streaming of videos from video sites like Youtube, I called Telkom's Tech Support for assistance. I spoke to Livanne who, although not good at articulating herself when having to explain the problem, was fairly polite in her explanation despite my ranting from feeling frustrated. She escalated the matter to her superior who happened to be the extremely unhelpful & rude "Attitude Annie" Phiwa. Phiwa vaguely told me of a new policy whose conditions were allegedly emailed to customers on 1 Feb. My questions about where exactly mine had been emailed to were met with a couldn't-care-less "I dunno". And when I requested that she email a copy of it to me so I could "query my problem with Marketing department" (like she suggested) based on something I've read for myself I was met with the replies "You're asking for the impossible" & "this conversation is going nowhere". To which I promptly gave her a piece of my mind and that as a customer I don't believe she's presented me with solutions thus far. Long story short, she dropped the phone in my ear!!! I've never received SUCH rude service!!
