It has been 7 months now that i have phoned, emailed and even gone in to change the pay date of 084 663 0182 deducting date. i emailed hello peter last month about this and cell c contacted me and said they apologise and it wont happen again. and so it did happen yet again. all i want them to do it to please make sure that my phones account pay date changes to the 15th of every month. they still deducting money on between the 28th and 31st of every month when i don't have money in my account. i only get payed on the 1st of every month. that is the reason of my change. i am getting very disappointed with cell c at this moment. my name that is counting... i would appreciate it if they can please do what they suppose to do. please make sure that 084 663 0182 gets deducted only on the 15 of march... otherwise i am going to take this further. thank you.
