Before I bought my 2BG internet-bundle I asked the lady if she will be able to recharge for me (by using the cell number) since it is for a Ipad which has a micro sim, that does not fit into my Nokia.

No problem I was told - so I paid R389.00.

This was at 16.03 at 16.45 - it could still not be done - and apparently I also could not get a refund either.

The reason - there was no manager or supervisor in the shop!!! The staff on duty had to call these AWOL persons on their cell phones!

Then the missing supervisor Sipho even had the gall to expect me to stand there longer than 45 min because he will call the staff member back re my question of a refund!

Really!!!

If this is how MTN want to run their shops with our Mangers and Supervisor present then they should at least empower the poor employees that they do leave in the shops to be able to refund customers that have already paid for something that MTN is not able to supply them with!
