ADSL Account Query

Telkom has installed a ADSL Telephone line at my house a month ago, I was told by the person capturing the order that the service fees will not be charged, the installation is free and I do not have to pay anything upfront.

Now I am beign told I owe the installation of R1200, I have payed my monthly rental to reactivate my line, but my line is still suspended.
