Warranty on on Handset

I called the call center and went to an MTN shop and no one can tell me how much warranty I have left on a handset IMEI number 351503050310083. I do not have the slip. I find it difficult to believe that MTN cannot tell me how much warranty is left. DO YOU NOT KEEP TRACK OF WHAT YOU SELL. No one carries slips any more. I would like an immediate response with an answer
