Hi

I upgraded my contract on 24/11/2012 and after two months the phone gave problems, i booked the phone in for a warranty assessment at the store where i dit my upgrade, Jaco inspected the contents of the box and booked the the phone and the box with all the accessories in to be sent in for assessment.
After calling them several times to find out whats going on they called me after three weeks to tell me my assessment was rejected because there was contents missing in the box ofter it was inspected by the shop.

Can you please help to resolve this situation?
