MTN Business is useless!

Such terrible service!

I upgraded my normal contract to a business contract with MTN to use the First Rand staff member discounts i received. This was in August 2012. To date i am still having issues with my contract.

I agreed to pay R288.50 per month but am being billed far more than this. I am paying a promo service fee which i am not supposed to, and getting a 300MB bolt on bundle still both of which was part of my old contract. It looks like my upgrade was never done properly. I have followed up on this almost every month since, was given a credit note twice and as of 20 Feb 2013, was promised thius will be fixed on numerous occasions and is still incorrect.

Its almost 7 months and MTN business has still not resolved it. This is against my rights on CPA and is unacceptable as it's not what i signed for.

Is this the service MTN Business gives to it's clients??? I was better off being a normal consumer and no one goes out of their way to have it resolved once and for all, all i hear are excuses.
