My first complaint was on the 15th of Feb, I was promised a call from Sipho, he never called. I submitted another complaint on the 21st of February and was promised another call from Siphos direct line manager. And still waiting...
Why don't YOU, the person who is promising that someone will call back, not phone me??? But I'm sure your promises are just as empty as the whole of Cell C's!!
