In august 2012 I opened a new contract for a HTC ONE S, i RECIEVED A NEW BEATS AUDIO HEADSET. The Beats audio headset was faulty and i send it back to my branch. for 5 months my problem has not been solved as I went to fetch my headphones from rivonia branch and now I sit with nothing.. Sureley they needed to be replaced??? I did everything to get them replaced and at the end of the day they have not been replaced or even repaired>...
