Wants clients to go to competitors

Went there on Saturday to find out when I am due for upgrade. consultant checked on pc and said that can upgrade straight away. I did not have my id on me so went back on Sunday. sat for 45 minutes while another consultant tried to figure out how to use the pc. After all that he tells me that I am only due for upgrade in a week. Wasted all that time and petrol because of some incompetent people who knows nothing about their job, determined customer service. This branch is terrible. Every time myself or my wife goes there, there is problems. My wife took a phone there with problems in December. The consultant said that the warranty is valid up to April and that she must bring the phone in January, as there was somebody new staring there. Took the phone in on Saturday and was told that the warranty expired in December already. What kind of business are they running? We are seriously thinking of changing providers after 10 years, just because of this branch.
