We have a Telkom line I reported a fault on the 4/02/2013 Telkom didnt let me know the problem was resolved, and it wasnt. I needed to report it again on the 10/02/2013, I received a sms saying it was resolved but it still wasnt. I reported it now for the third time on the 18/02/2013, a technician was here 22/02/2013 he said he would be back today but he didnt come!!
