Incorrect billing and false advertising

I took up my first contract with mtn in december 2010 at parys and I never had a problem.
Ithen decided to get an upgrade with wcape as they offered a discount. To my surprise ther was no discount and it was listed on the credit burea that I am in arrears for R850. I contact MTN and I was given a refference
Number and was told they will get back to me on the 7th of Feb 2013. Today only I get a statement without any explaination of what happened and/or an apology for messing up my credit profile. Mtn better know that I am not willing to pay them a cent as they did false advertising.
