Ever since i started using blackberry smart phone i don't don t have joy... I started using this smart phone in 2011 its been giving me software problems. I don't save pics, videos and at times the camera doesn't take pics.
Iv retorted this issue to my network provider which is mtn. They would fix/change the phone and 2days down the line the problem would start again...?
