I've been complaining about the bad reception in my neighbourhood for more than a year. Even had a home visit from Siphiwe head technician in August last year. Who confirmed my bad signal. I cant do my work without reception (Intensive Care Doctor on call). I had a lot of promises from customer care services My complaint recently been marked urgent AGAIN! Still nothing happens And the reception gets worse. I'm tired of all the customer care sweettalk because thats absolutely where it stays.
