I have been on Vodacom Internet for the past few months, without any problems. (USB nr 0824998087). We however moved into a new home on the 1st of December and since then, can not get any form of 3G or Edge reception and therefore can not use our 1Gig that we pay for monthly. I have made numerous calls to Vodacom and has also been in to some of the Vodacom shops - they keep telling me that they will send someone out to test the signal, but I have never heard from anyone or seen anyone. Could someone please come back to me, as I have been paying the internet for 3 months now without being able to use it at all and I am very unhappy with the service that I have received this far.
