I called into the Experian call centre, and was greeted by Nonjabulo. Word cannot explain how thankful I was to be helped by this lady..SHE WAS EXCELLENT! She was so patient, and gave me the information I wanted immediately. I wish ALL call centre agents can be like this! Thank you so so muc Nonjabulo for the kind and friendly manner in which you assisted me.
