The best advice and service I have received from any call centre agent from any company to date. Normally when speaking to most call centre agents I am frustrated before the first 5 minutes of a call are over, because of inefficiency and ignorance. However, today turned out to be completely different. Adele was friendly, professional and extremely efficient. She did not waste my time by repeating questions already answered (like most other call centre agents do) and she went the extra 100 miles to make sure that my needs as a Outsurance customer are met and quickly sorted out old problems. She made an indifferent customer a very happy one and ensured that my business stays with outsurance. Thanks again.
