Great customer service

I recently subscribed to the DSTV service and selected the wrong package by error. I initially spoke to Sibonelo after I realised my mistake the very same day in the evening and he assisted my in a very friendly, efficientant and professional manner and then I spoke to another guy by the name of Paseka and a lady by the name of Diko or Dika I think (I wish I had taken he name down correctly but I didn't) but I was also assisted in the same manner, very friendly, professional and efficient. My user reference number is: 1137464726727 (maybe you'll can pick up the call recordings for that) and the date I spoke to those agents was 16.08.2013. Today I spoke to Benjamin to upgrade again and once again, friendly, efficienct and professional. It is very unusual these days to call a call center and actually get a 1st call resolution and I just wanted to express my gratitude (including the lady that assisted that I did not take her name down correctly) atleast South Africa is not necessarily going down hill with customer service and just that one positive experience can make a very big difference. I really appreciated it and I'm happy with the service :-) Thank you
