I purchased a data voucher from Cell Clearwater Mall on the 30/12/2012 and loaded it around the 3/1/2013. After a few mins of regular browsing without any downloads the voucher said expired. I have been calling the call centre numerously to find out why this happened and a detailed billing to show how 1GB finished in a few mins and no 1 can understand the problem let alone assist. Eventually after numerous attempts I asked for the Manager Ibor Pieterse who once again like the rest of the liars said that he would investigate (bear in mind that it is over a month now) and get back to me. It is now almost 2 months and they have not returned my call, or produced a detailed billing. Ibor Pieterse when ending the call said that he will call me, I asked him how would he do that if he didnt have my number, he said he was looking at the number. He was refering to the data card number, the "invalid" wanted to call me on my data card!! This is what I mean: no one that works at Cell C has an IQ above 2!!! This is and I demand my money back ASAP!!!
Data card number (0748463649) is not my mobile number. My 1st reference # was 3010768083 and the 2nd 1732372.
