I am looking to move

I have been with MTN for the last 2 years and to say i am unhappy would be a gross understatement!

i have had problems with them first putting me on the very wrong contract, then being billed large amounts, then getting cut off on the 1st of every month, then never having signal.

the part that i found most frustrating is that i send a large amount of money with them and felt like i was very much not a priority!

i have gone into your stores and have seen your adds, first i want to know if if the above problems will happen if i move to your network, second i want to know why it seems that if i chose the recharge option i will get much better prices, this is hard for me to understand as i would rather not have to go buy airtime every few days?

please explain, also i see the largest contract you have is a talk 800, Why?
