This is my second complain in 2 weeks how sad.. i place an order for a Samsang Tab a week ago, and i was expecting delivery this week as i will be travelling on Friday, to my surprise when i call for follow up i am told that the order have been cancelled cause the consultant put a wrong code /id on my order.. i don't believe that i should suffer for internal process that is not my problem, Karabo Kwadibane told me there is nothing they can do till Dzimakatso Bvihani get to work at 11:00 and i asked to speak to the team leader Isaih Maponya he didn't even wanna hear my story he told me he doesn't wanna hear my complain cause he want be able to help me (talk about team work in a work place) i must wait for Dzimakatso... CellC has really turned me down big time after 6 year being with them i don't see my self renewing all my contracts with then their call centre stuff are rude and careless and they need to go for serious training, am really giving up. i have tried as far as reporting my issues at the CEO'S office the problems get solved but they just keep coming.
