Unisa
Received an SMS of accounts outstanding

I received an SMS informing me that (1) I owe UNISA money, and (2) the matter is would be handed over to the Debt Collectors if i did not pay outstanding fees. I had no idea that I owed money, as I had paid for all my studies and then left them not hearing or receiving any service from them again.
This is unacceptable. I'm not going to accept Debt Collector fees if (1) I wasn't told that I owed money, ever, and (2) I can't get hold of them to sort this out directly. So i used the emailing service they offer and still NO RESPONSE.
Consumer rights as by SANCU:
"The compliant should be addressed with the person at the top or a manager of a particular store."
"The right to redress - When you are sold an inferior product or service, you have the right to go back to the seller and demand a replacement or a refund. In some instances this right is protected by law and consumers can take their cases to the courts to exercise their right to redress."

Please forward me a signed copy of my study contract, provide me with official letters sent concerning outstanding accounts/documentation thereof. And any policy's regarding debtors applicable to students.

Let this letter serve as notice
