I have recently filed a complaint against vodacom towards receiving no help and bad service from call centres and the vodacom store in cape gate shopping centre the one opposite Checkers, regarding getting my previously deleted number back.
After filling a complaint of being fed-up on Hello-peter i received a call from Moenier de Vries whom asked me to explain the problem to him and after my explanation he gave me instructions of what I had to do to get my number back. He then did the rest of going the extra mile to satisfy his customers and to sort out my problem. This morning at about 10pm I received a call from vodacom informing me that my number has been re-activated and that I can use it again.
So with this being said I want to thank vodavom in giving me my number back and doing the best they can to satisfy and keep their customers happy.
