My car's mechanics went haywire, Citroen said the alternator had overcharged and blown the fusebox, (I have been told that an alternator can't overcharge but was ignored). In true Citroen style R13 000 later my car was ready. I asked Gary to double check that all was in order as my warranty expires at the end of Nov. I got my car and went for dinner and when I left I had no lights, How dangerous. I had brights. I called head office and spoke to Germaine. She organised that I take my car in to see Julian who realised that my bulbs had blown, he said as a result of the alternator. I said why didn't they notice this before they released the car. I then had to pay for 2 new bulbs. I said had they done their job it would have been paid for under warranty. He changed his story and said there's no way to prove the alternator had blown BOTH OF them at the same time? At head office Germaine was unavailable someone else called back. I then sent Germaine an email and no-one has bothered to respond. Shocking! I need a new car and wouldn't consider a citroen because of the service, not the car. I always have to return after a repair at my expense and time and am never compensated. Not ok at all!
