I have not been able to cancel my account after changing over to a new ISP. I called and was told that the cancellation form would be emailed to me. That never happened. I called again and the guy assisting me logged into my account, he then read my details yet sent me the wrong form. I am getting the feeling that your staff are intentionally delaying my cancellation so that I am charge another month on my account. Especially after reading all of the complaints regarding the matter on HelloPeter. Please can someone from Mweb contact me as I need this account closed immediately.
