Bad Attitude = Bad Service

I went to Vodacom, Highveld Mall to trade in my Blackberry 8520. I arrived at the shop to find Nokhutula busy on her own BB. I told her what i need and she jst said 'SIT and what do you want" I told her and she almost shouted by saying "contract, cash or upgrade" but she didnt even explain the process, how am i suppose to know all the options available?? she had a really bad attitude and just continued without even asking me the colour of the phone i need. She came back with a box and i told her i want a white phone, sahe gave me a lokk and said she'll check. I told her to just leave it i'll do an upgrade and not a trade in anymore. Sheprinted all the forms and only once i signed and came to a page stating i have to pay a R150. How do i know that if she didnt explain the upgrade process?? i told her i forgot my card at home and will go and get it and come back to pay and collect the phone. But after the service received i'm thinking of just cancelling everything. She was busy on her blackberry instead of explaining options and types of contracts to me. I have never left a shop feeling as unhappy as i was when i left the vodacom shop.
