I'd like to report the level of unprofessionalism at the MTN Waterfall mall in Rusty. I went to take in my Blackberry phone for repairs. Frederick was the guy attending to me and he told me that because my phone is insured under MTN SP insurance, I can just give the insurance department a call and I shall be given a courtesy phone in the meantime. He supplied me with the number to call. Well as you would imagine I did just that and called them, the first thing I was asked was if I took in the phone via the shop. I acknowledged that yes I booked it via this service centre and then they tell me that by having done that I actually forfeit the loan phone. They explained that I can only receive the loan phone if only I had booked it through the insurance themselves and that the people at the MTN shop in question are very much aware of the procedure and they should have advised me otherwise. They say that this man Frederick was in fact supposed to call them while I was there to file the booking through them so that I could qualify for a courtesy phone. I'm very upset over this because I dont have a phone while my phone is in for repairs and I was misinformed.
