Can't get an Itemised Bill

I got billed 3 months in a row for around R400 on a package of R150 per month.
We I asked to get emailed the itemised billing on two seperate occasions I received emails from them that contained DUD files. IE I cannot open them.

Is this something that they are NOT ALREADY AWARE OF.

I am in the computer and digital industry SO how difficult is it to send a PDF?

USELESS!!!
