Awaiting LCD TV for over a month

I have taken out a contract during January 2013 which includes a 32" LCD TV. everytime I phone them they are telling me about a backlog. The TV was part of the contract. I see that as contract breaking from MTN. They expect me to pay every month but do not hold at their end of the deal.
