Data Billing that cant be explained

In Jan 2013 I received a bill that was twice the amount I normally get billed. I immediately queried this where I was told it is data costs. As I could see this on the bill I replied that the answer wasn't satisfactory and it was escalated to the billing dept. After having asked again for a reply, a Praveshni Govender emailed me a spreadsheet with all the websites I visited during Dec. This was still not satisfactory as it didn't indicate the data that was used. After two more emails I was sent a spreadsheet with the costs and dates that was supposed to correlate with the website spreadsheet. There was one entry that amounted to R1800 but I couldn't find a corresponding website. I have now emailed them three more times without getting feedback as they can still not tell me what amount of data was used and for which website. In the meantime my phone is being cut off because I have reached my credit limit!
