MTN BAD SERVICE

I went in to your MTN Greenstone branch on Friday 15 Feb to sign up for another 24 months. I had all the relevant documents to sign a new contract. I stood patiently in the queue for 45 minutes waiting for someone to assist. The consultant refused the signing of the contract due to the fact that the date on the letter head was the 13 Feb and not the current date. This is the pettiest thing I have ever heard and I have found dealing with MTN a difficult frustrating task. After being your customer for the last 18 years I would of thought you would of assisted in the situation, I am very disappointed in the way I was treated and I have unfortunately decided to move my contract other contracts to your competition were I hope they will not disappoint me! Thank you
