My contract for the Names Research was due for renewal on 01 May 2014 but the landlord (JHI) requested I sign the new contract but not to date it. Quinton advised me to sign and date all contracts and check with the landlord as to why I should not date the contract. Also he requested them to make changes to the contract, which they did.
