Revolting service from a branch manage

I went into the bluff branch of mtn to send my new cellphone in for repairs.
i was advised by the consultant that i cannot send my cell in as i did not purchase it there? (seriously mtn??)
i questioned that if i bought the cell in another province i cannot get service from another if relocated? she advised its not their process? seriously? never in my life have i heard of such a process, the cell is contract not purchased cash, she advised she would not have my details? wow! so now im unknown yet im billed monthly.
the consultant called her manager, the manger (i have her name and surname), came out with an attitude, re-iterated the process again with a foul attitude, never have i ever been treated so rudely... i have had an issue with my billing with mtn from the start and not once did i receive horrid service, i was always treated exceptionally well and fair. there is a clear breakdown between the service at a branch than online its so shocking! i have no idea how this lady became a branch manager, she oozes rudeness and her dresscode was appauiling. really really upset and disgusted at they way in which my query was handled. my query was shuned like there is no need to help me.
