My Telkom line has been completely out of service for the third day in a row now. I logged a fault on their system on the 9th, but I have received no feedback from them, apart from a SMS that tells me they're supposedly on it.
This has happened before, not very long ago. I have tried calling them to complain, to no avail.
I'm really considering cancelling their services.
