I have been using an MTN sh@relink light package, I was not billed on time and the cap was not replenished on the specified date, When I foned to remedy the issue I was transfered to 1555, to 808 and so on, I was sent in circles, I eventualy got hold of a Supervisor by the name of Ragina, She ensured me that the issue would be resolved in 24hrs, which did not happen. I then spoke to another lady by the Name of Charity Modise, She assured me that the issue would be resolved within a few hours, she also promised feedback, which also did not happen,
The Call centre staff as well as the supervisors are incompitent and underqualified to deal with contract customers,
I now have to wait an editional 4 days to be helped.
Thank you MTN for the frustration and beyond poor service
