Bad/terrible service

I am a loyal MTN customer who has always used MTN since I can remember, but lately I have been very very disappointed with their service. Mtn is currently running a prepaid modern special found in their nation wide yellow trader booklet. This E3131 modem is sold for R549 and one receives 2GB data in the 1st and 3rd month only. I bought this on the 3rd of February 2012 and upon activation I only received 1GB, called the 173 call centre and none of their agents can help as they say they are not aware of the special?? I mean I had to actually ask one of them to download this from their web? Now it's about 2weeks and I still haven't got any help in getting the other 1GB. I have endlessly called the 173 and I am not getting any help and feel this unacceptable coz they did take my R549. Upon going back to the store we find out that the 1GB was for January promo and now the store at Northgate service centre in JHB sold me an only sim. Can MTN just sort out this mess ASAP for I know this unlawful. I am quite sure if I report this to the authorities I will have sweet victory and I can always change networks.
