Good customer service before blacklisting

I took a cellphone contract via telephone, with the understanding that it is Vodacom, but ended up with Altech - Autopage. Given a business contract I never asked for because I am not a businessman/woman and a premium of R375 instead of R100.I have paid this R375 for almost 2years, My complaints were never attended to, I was moved from pillar to post, I spoke to Marcia, Phindile, Palesa and Gcobisa who advised me to make an affidavit, which I did, my Ref Number was DP021247.Instead I am blacklisted because I stopped paying until my complaint is addressed. Sim card never worked despite promises, Today 14 February 2013 I am given a new ref number of 17080484, a promise of a friendly service from a friendly consultant (does that mean all the others were inefficient and unfriendly) a new contact number :0861000116 and that my account has been handed over to DMC (Who is that). I further dispute the balance of R5000 after paying an inflated premium for almost 2 years. I want to buy a house Altech Autopage blacklisting and bad customer service are a stumbling block to my family's happiness. Help me please.
