Since the inception of my data contract in June 2012 I have struggling to get consistent 3G signal, I have reported several times and even had some come and check the site. The possibility of them being able to place an atenna was discussed but nothing ever came of it. After my last report I was told that there was a problem in our area and that they where looking at putting up a new tour nearby, which could take anything upto a year to happen. Further to this I received a sms saying that I can buy an antenna from Poynting at my expense and point in a certain direction in order to enhance the signal I receive. Why must I spend more money to try and improve on a " service providers" service. Vodacom you are quiet happy to take our subscriptions and not provide the service I have been a loyal corporate client but it would seem that your service stops straight after we have signed on the dotted line, what a disgrace.
