So I applied for a Cell C contract phone through Game. On the application form I filled in everything including my bank details. Come bill date, i don't get billed by Cell C I leave it at that with the hope that its gonna happen at the end of the month, Month end comes nothing.

I call their idea of a CUSTOMER CARE line, the lady tells me they have bank details I no longer use. I ask her to update them as per the application form I filled in and she gives a long story about their internal procedure not accommodating my request and that I NEED TO GO TO THE BANK to pay the outstanding amount in- But I gave you my bank details.

Cut to me speaking to her Team Leader Tshepiso, he promises me a solution which still put me in a situation where I have to do the legwork- with no option I agree to this. Waiting for an e-mail confirming that my bank details have been update, I get the most unprofessional communication ever. A blank email with bank account details) assume i need to use to pay money into. Nothing about my primary request to update my details or the exact figure that is currently outstanding.

I hope I never have to call that place you guys call a customer careline
