Customer Service, Whats That?

Gee, where do I begin? (briefly as im restricted to characters so sorry for the short hand)
So I went to change my contract (before Christmas) to a simple top-up. Was told total would be less than Rxpm - WRONG. OBF - Immediate swop- WRONG. Contract effective as of 1st - WRONG (Lost all my hours & smses - which has been paid for) 3rd New Blackberry phone - Still heats up. Sure Jonathan will apply for a upgrade reversal on 04/02. 13/02 No word. Speak to Ibrahim who would call back in 10min, hour later i call back. Not the greatest customer service! Suddenly they could not read a doc..over a week later they realise Ibrahim will sms me with details.14/02 No word, Ibrahim only starts work at 11, leave urgent message. I call 2.5hrs later sorry he is doing stock take, no calls! So I sit paying my bill, paying for a phone which I do not have and can not seem to get the 'managers' to call when THEY say they will. Finally at 13:30 an sms.
What happened to customer service? What happened to well manufactured phones?
Sad thing is, no one seems bothered. Your bill isn't sky high, you don't have 100 contracts.
So what does one do?
