I was misinformed about a contract linked to a laptop. I specifically asked for LTE, but was given the wrong modem and package (top up). The consultant looked bored and uninterested while assisting me. The connection was slow and not according to the fast speed that 4G was supposed to offer. I contacted Vodacom customer services who informed me that I should have had my sim card activated. I requested the assistant to do it, only to discover that you have to have a standard contract to operate LTE on. I tried to contact the shop manager (Lee) 5 times (out, busy or on the phone). The next day I phoned again. Another shop manager, Arthur, told me to come in. I wanted to make an appointment. He refused, as I was not the only customer, they have many other customers.
