Handset was repaired in Decemebr 2012 to have the charging port of the Blackberry 8520 as it was loose and did not charge properly.
Received the device back in December and in January the port beacme loose again, sent it back to Cell C only to be told that this was physical damage and therefore not covered under warranty.
This is a workshop comeback for the repair center not physical damage, I am now expeced to pay R361.00 for the repair but this device has been sent in twice for the same fault.
