It's not often than I get to the point of utter frustration where I have to complain. I am on pay as you go with Cell C and BlackberryBold and BIS which I top up monthly. I have paid R57 already and can not access my internet service for more than 3 weeks. I have complained 4 times already and no one can give me an answer.!!! Come on Cell C!!! Do something. If I dont receive a repsone within the next day I will be changing netoworks and making a big shout about this horibble service.
I work in retail Management and this kind of service is unecceptable.
