I complained about this [URL Removed] ages ago and since then I still have the same problem. I also have a new reference number 1730514 to the same problem. I even completed a network feedback spread sheet and still no joy. And this morning when I tried making a call I was unable to. I get a msg telling me to recharge. I checked the balance which shows I have free minutes available. Tried calling 140 but no 1 picked up.
Can you guys please just cancel my contract because you not delivering on your promise.
