I have been experiencing a problem with listening to my voicemails for three days now. I have tried phoning the call centre but all the consultants that I spoke to told me the same thing'to take out my battery' and leave it for 5minutes and it didn't make a difference. This is really frustrating because when I dial 100 to listen to my voicemails it says I have dialed an invalid number which I find really strange because I could access my voicemails before by dialing 100.
Mtn needs to live up to its promises and hire people who know what customers service is!!! The last person that I spoke to'Mampho' really me off she couldn't assist me, all she did was to give me a bad attitude. I have been using mtn for over 10 years now and I don't appreciate this nonsense!!!
