On 25/02/2011 Autopage Cellular debited my account with R509.53. There was no reason for this debit as I was not an Autopage Cellular customer at the time, and nor am I now.
I tried to sort out the issue around that time telephonically with Autopage as well as with my bank, but without success in either case.
I recently sent Autopage a copy of the bank statement with an email explaining the situation, which they simply ignored!
The 3 year period that I have in which to pursue my legal rights will prescribe in February 2014, so unless they respond and rectify the situation soon, I will take them to the Small Claims Court.
